Products
collecticum has set itself the task of supporting organizations in national and international development cooperation, emergency aid and humanitarian aid in their work against hunger and poverty. To this end, we develop modern and flexible solutions that help to use donations, third-party funds and valuable relief supplies more quickly and effectively.
The collecticum cloud applications create transparency between all participants in the third sector and promote the fight against corruption.
Project management (coPM)
Cloud software for mapping the entire project life cycle (PCM). From project idea to project completion and partner management. The cooperation and project management of all participants is enabled and promoted. The processes of project accounting and tracking of project-relevant aid funds incl. proof of use and budget controls are mapped.
Procurement/Purchasing Portal (coPP)
Portal for the non-profit sector for the procurement of all branch-specific goods. Apart from the procurement for emergency relief operations, the integration of foreign suppliers from the project countries is also planned, in order to make electronic procurement possible for all further aid projects. The mapping of compliance requirements of the organizations is made possible.
Sustainability management (coSM)
Cloud software for determining the sustainability of aid projects, e.g. with regard to emissions, energy, procurement, waste, etc. up to the sustainability report of an whole organisation. Different standards are supported for the report formats.
Fraud detection (coFD)
Cloud portal for digital verification of receipts. Checking for manipulation and multiple billing of receipts. A probability is calculated which should lead to more precise checks.
Impact management (coIM)
Cloud software to measure the effectiveness of aid projects. Build impact logics per project (resources, activities, results, impact, etc.). Secure data collection with a mobile application in the project countries, as well as various evaluation options for data analysis and reporting.
Telematic assistance (coTA)
Optimal support for vehicle fleets in non-profit organizations and the social sector with telematic assistance. E.g. verification, driver and vehicle safety. Virtual support for driving in crisis countries. Economical driving, route optimization and much more.

Bernd Schneider
Managing Director/Founder
Bernd Schneider has worked in the IT industry since 1988, initially as an application developer at various companies in southern Germany. From the end of the 1990s, he moved into consulting/project management and middle management. Established a office in Berlin as branch manager. In the years from 2004 as head of consulting and authorised signatory for a software company with a focus on international project management. From 2010 he moved into management and enabled the further expansion of software products for the non-profit sector.
Martin Schweizer
Managing Director/Founder
Martin Schweizer has worked without interruption in the IT industry since 1996 as an application developer, requirements engineer and business analyst, and for several years as head of application development with disciplinary personnel responsibility.
Self-employed since 2007 with assignments at companies such as Daimler AG, Wielandwerke AG, UniCredit, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bosch, Isabellenhütte Heusler GmbH & Co. KG and several others.
